All of your League Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA) claims can be found in the "Claims" tab. Navigate to this tab in order to see your claims history. Here you will see a list of your claims, and each claim will be in one of four possible states: Submitted, More Information Needed, Approved, or Paid.
Submitted: The claim is in the queue to be processed, and should be processed within 24 hours.
More Information Needed: We need some more information before we can process the claim. One of our agents has sent you an email notification, as well as an in-app notification requesting further details. The message can be seen on the specific claim. Please update your claim through the Claims tab under the "Edit" option. Your claim will then be resubmitted for further review!
Approved: The claim has been approved, and will be sent for payment in the next 24 hours.
Paid: Payment for this claim has been sent out! You should receive payment in the next 2-3 business days.
1. Tap on your profile icon in the top, left corner to open the side panel menu.
2. From here, select "Claims".
1. Click your name in the top right-hand corner.
2. Select "Claims" to be taken to an overview of all the claims you've submitted to League.
