Co-op and summer students will be enrolled directly in the default coverage option (Emergency Travel, Mental Health, Long-Term Disability (LTD) - option 1, and 1x base salary Life insurance). You will then also be provided with $125 per month (at the beginning of each month) to allocate directly to your Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA). You can use this account to access programs or pay for Lifestyle claims in the League app.
Note: All LSA claims must be submitted before your last day of employment with KPMG. Unused funds won't carry forward and will be forfeited after your last day of employment.
Temporary (<3 months) or casual employees will not have access to benefits.
