Payments for Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA) claims take 1-3 days to appear in your selected bank account. If it's been more than 3 days and you haven't received the payment, it’s possible that your LSA claim payment failed. This is typically due to an error with the account information that was entered.
Please check your direct deposit information to confirm that the numbers entered are correct and that you have selected direct deposit as your default method of payment. Click here to review how to set up your banking information.
If you discover you have accidentally made an error in your direct deposit information, please re-enter the correct values for your banking information. Once you change your direct deposit information, League will automatically reissue those payments and you'll receive payment within 2-3 days.
