To create your Sun Life Group Benefits account, you will need to navigate to the Sun Life portal. League has made it quick and easy to get there!
First, locate one of your Sun Life cards in your wallet. Here you will see the option to "Submit a Claim to Sun Life". This button will send you directly to the Sun Life portal. This is the portal where you will be able to submit claims for your Drug, Dental and Medical expenses. Before you can begin submitting claims, you will need to register!
When you land on the Sun Life portal, click on "Register":
Next, you will be required to fill out a few pieces of information about yourself, so Sun Life can locate your file. This information will include your policy ID and member ID, which can be found on your Sun Life carrier cards in your League wallet.
Once you've filled out the required information, click "Next" to continue enrollment!
Temporary Registration Code
A next step you may be prompted to complete is to enter a 'Temporary Registration Code'. If you haven't received one yet, click "Need a registration code?".
If you have your email address on file with Sun Life, you can select "Email", otherwise select "Postal mail" and click "Next". Selecting postal mail will prompt Sun Life to mail you the temporary registration code to your address in roughly 7 to 10 business days.
If snail mail is currently your only option and you need access sooner, you can also call Sun Life at 1-800-361-6212 and add an email address to your account.
